Oregon Board of Dentistry May Expand Practice Settings Where Limited Access Dental Hygienists May Practice

House Bill 2426 amended the Oregon Dental Practice Act to allow the Oregon Board of Dentistry to expand limited access practice settings. The original statute indicated that only the Oregon Legislature could expanded these practice settings.
