Dental Hygienists Can Administer Local Anesthetic Reversal Agents

In 2016 the Oregon Board of Dentistry amended OAR 818-035-0040 by adding “…and local anesthetic reversal agents…” and “Local anesthetic reversal agents shall not be used on children less than 6 years of age or weighing less than 33 pounds.”
