Dental Hygienists Knowledge, Beliefs, and Intentions Regarding ENDS Use Among Adolescents.

My name is Ruthanne M. Sundstrom and I am pursuing a Master of Science at Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene, MCPHS University. I am requesting your participation in a survey about Dental Hygienists Knowledge, Beliefs, and Intentions Regarding ENDS Use Among Adolescents. You will not be asked for any identifying information and all responses will be anonymous.

You are eligible to participate in the survey if you meet these requirements:

  • You are a clinical dental hygienist in the United States;
  • a minimum of one-year experience providing patient care at least one day/week;
  • able to read English;
  • over age 18;
  • and has access to and ability to complete a web-based survey.
